Arts Marketplace 2009 Planning Session for members on Monday, September 7^th from 6:00-8:30 pm at Community Storytelling Arts Studio, 40 West Broadway. This is a great opportunity to share our programming plans for 2009/2010. You will also get a chance to forge new relationships and renew old acquaintances with Arts Marketplace staff and members. Most importantly you will participate in creating the future of an arts program that is here to serve you! Let’s work together to make 2009/2010 a year of success for your artistic endeavors and for creative entrepreneurs. The meeting begins with a potluck, so bring a dish to share. Join us learn about a non-profit membership-based program for individual artists and creative entrepreneurs providing training and tools for professional development, mentoring, networking and money management.

Friday, September 18^th “Member Placeholder”

If during the member meetings a topic comes up that members wish to explore in more depth there is a designated day/time for a meeting. If there is a member in the program that can address the “hot” topic they are asked to lead (developing leadership skills) the meeting.  If no member is available, the meeting is conducted as an “Open Forum” so that members can bring their own issues about this topic to “the table.”  On Friday, September 18^th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Community Storytelling Arts Studio, 40 West Broadway.
