Volunteer and Mentoring Opportunities at Arts Marketplace

Volunteers are key to the success of Arts Marketplace’s education and training programs. We have volunteers who come several times a week to help with administrative tasks, we have volunteers come once/semester to teach a specific topic, we have volunteers who commit to mentoring Arts Marketplace members for 6 months to 1 year,  and we have volunteers who work in the gallery.  If you would like the satisfaction of contributing to increasing someone’s skill level, please contact therese@artsmarketplace.org

Open House and Trade Show Events
Arts Marketplace has an open house every month and 4 trade shows annually.  We need help coordinating  the events and staffing the gallery and hosting during the events.

Mentors
Volunteers make a one-year commitment to serve as an Artist or creative entrepreneur mentor. Training and supervision provided by our staff.  Trainings are held twice each year.

Special Event Assistance

Host a Gathering
Consider hosting a gathering at your house, church, temple, gym, etc. to help us spread the word about our programs for participants and our volunteer needs.

Computer skills: Are you computer savvy? Train staff on computer basics.
